Good Morning!
So with my current obsession with Kate Spade, I thought it
would be fitting to show you how to make this card. Inspired by a pattern from the Kate
Spade 2015 Fall/Winter Collection, this card has bold, bright colours with gold
accents. Enjoy!

| Kate Spade Inspiration |
1) Start by using Calypso Coral as a card base scored at 4 ¼
“ (fold line).
2) Then using Basic Black cut Layer 1 and Whisper White cut Layer 2.
3) On anther piece of Whisper White card stock, stamp any 5 of
the hexagons from the Six-Sided Sampler
stamp set, using 4 different coloured ink (Calypso Coral, Cherry Cobbler,
Tangerine Tango, and Melon Mambo)
4) Using the coordinating Hexagon Punch, punch out the stamped images.
5) Take a piece of Whisper White, and die cut the “hello”
from the Hello You Thinlets Die Set
using the Big Shot.
6)Emboss the die “hello” die cut using Versamark Ink, Gold Stampin’
Emboss Powder and the Heat Tool. Repeat this step to create 2 layers of gold
embossing for a more raised effect.
7) Using Fast Fuse adhesive, add the punched out stamped
hexagons to Layer 2 using any desired pattern, or use the pattern I used.
8) Wrap Gold Metallic
Thread around the piece of Whisper White making an "X".
9) Add dabs of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the back of the
“hello” die cut and adhere it to Layer 2 while overlapping the hexagons.
10) Optional: Add
some Gold Sequence from the Metallics

11) Add Layer 1 onto the back of Layer 2 and then adhere that one peice to the card base front using either
Dimensionals or Fast Fuse Adhesive.

Card Base: Calypso Coral - 8 ½”
x 5 ½” , scored and folded at the 4 ¼ “ line
Layer 1: Basic Black – 4 1/8“ x 5 3/8”
Layer 2: Whisper White 4” x 5 ¼ “
